WARRANTY

Most lasers will come with a 2-year warranty.  You have an option to purchase an extended warranty for up to 5-years.  You may purchase this extended warranty when you register your laser.  If you plan on renting out your laser, we recommend that you purchase this option.

SHIPPING COST

All lasers ships UPS Ground out of Ohio.  There is a charge of $56.50 for each laser which includes handling and insurance in the continental United States.  Alaska, Hawaii and other countries will have additional shipping charges. All lasers are delivered with signature requirement.  We do not ship to PO Boxes.  We can arrange to have your laser held at the nearest UPS or Fedex package handling store.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

As with all medical equipment, there are no returns.  In rare exceptions, we will accept returns on brand new, sealed, never started lasers (within 14 days of purchase) with an approved RMA and a 30% restocking charge.  

This policy also ensures you that you will not receive a used or refurbished laser.  We sell only brand new lasers with full warranty since used lasers have no warranty!  

Be very careful and only purchase from approved representatives!  There are many stolen and heavily used equipment on the internet!  With a finite laser diode life, you want to purchase one with plenty of use still left in the laser equipment you purchase.  Plus the most important aspect of your laser investment is support after the sale!  Be sure you purchase from a reputable source who can help you with protocols and service at any time.
